Danielle Hughes the Director of pHformula Australia and is an experienced professional in the aesthetics industry with 20 years working across clinical practice, education, and business development. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Aesthetics) and a Master of Business Administration, combining a strong foundation in skin science with a practical understanding of the business of skin.

With over 20 years of experience in the skin and beauty industry, Anna began her career in the UK, working in some of the country’s most prestigious spas. Her journey quickly evolved into leadership, with more than 15 years dedicated to managing, mentoring, and educating therapists across the UK and Australia.

Anna’s passion lies in empowering skin professionals through advanced education, with a strong focus on consultation, treatment planning, and achieving real results for clients. Her ability to translate complex skin science into practical, results-driven education has helped countless therapists grow their confidence and clinical success.

Now a proud ambassador for pHformula, Anna brings her deep industry knowledge and unwavering enthusiasm to every aspect of our education -- delivering in-clinic training, hosting live online sessions, and creating engaging content for our ART Academy. Her commitment to professional growth ensures every therapist is supported in mastering the art of skin resurfacing and achieving true skin transformation.
